Experiences:
The past ten weeks were an intense journey where we managed to compress fourteen weeks' worth of work into ten. Working with friends from the previous semester was both fun as we already understood each other's working styles well. This module gave me a lot of opportunities to try out new things and enhance my knowledge and skills on various design fields. Despite challenges, including tight timelines and the need for flexibility in responding to client feedback, we managed to cope and produced quality work for the module and the clients. It was a rewarding experience to be selected by the client and be the face of their upcoming competition. Collaborating with the team, we refined our ideas and ensured alignment with the client’s expectations, ultimately receiving positive feedback and motivation to push through the final weeks.

Observations:
Having a diverse team led to enriching discussions and a creative work environment. Different perspectives within the group allowed us to explore various approaches and solutions, enhancing our project's quality. Witnessing other groups' presentations provided valuable insights into alternative methods, emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability in the creative process. Client feedback and continuous refinement of our ideas highlighted the importance of aligning creativity with practical constraints and deadlines. Despite the hurdles and miscommunications between teammates mid project, I'm glad we were able to resolve them and come out from the conflict stronger and more united. 

Findings:
The experience underscored the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and flexibility. Successfully managing tight timelines and producing quality work emphasized the value of collaboration and adaptability. Internal conflicts and differing opinions were challenges, but constructive criticism and open communication helped us overcome them. The project also highlighted the necessity of balancing creativity with feasibility and the need for effective time management. Observing other groups and collaborating with different teams reinforced the significance of being open to new ideas and approaches. Overall, the journey demonstrated that endurance and adaptability are key to achieving project goals under time constraints and that successful outcomes often result from collective effort and continuous improvement. With that, I am officially signing off from this module! Kudos to the team MBTIC3 ❄️
